PASS. This is rather brief and there are some errors - eg you call the camera 'fluid except for trakcs and zooms' - it is these movements which make it fluid. Similarly on sound you discuss 'ambient as well as diegetic' - ambient IS diegetic sound. There are quite a few spelling errors to. You do however make some good points about target audience.
